2012 Learn-to-Play Registration

U8 and U10 will play in Cape League, U12, U14, and U19 Sharks will play in the New England Girls Hockey League - U19 Shark teams are Split Season only, which allows high school players to keep their skills sharp for their school teams.

The Cape Cod Waves will accept your credit card for payment of your annual dues. Download our Credit Card Payment Form and send in by regular mail. Electronic versions will not be accepted.



The the 2011-2012 Season, the Waves plan to have a full slate of teams: U10, U12, U14 Blue and White, and U19 Blue and White Sharks. A $100 non-refundable fee will be payable at the start of Evaluation Session. (cash or check only).

U10 (10 years or younger as of 12/31/11) Full season tuition $900*
U12 (12 years or younger as of 12/31/11) Full season tuition $900*
U14 (14 years or younger as of 12/31/11) Full season tuition $900*
U19 (19 years or younger as of 12/31/11) Split season tuition $650*
*There are discounts for multiple children, and goaltenders

USA Hockey Registration Fee: All waves Players must be registered with USA Hockey by September 1, 2011. USA Registration Fee is not included with Waves registration Fees. Register with USA Hockey online. Current NON Waves members must show proof of USA Hockey membership.

• Go to the USA Hockey Registration page: www.usahockeyregistration.com
• Make sure you select the 2011-2012 season. Select Ice Player.
• Complete the online registration process and you will receive a confirmation page that confirms you are registered with USA Hockey. You will need a credit or debit card to pay the registration fee
• Email the confirmation page to registrar@capecodwaves.org
